Tasogare is the slower, but much more brutal defence and strength orientated of the duo. He wields a pair of giant swords infused with the power of darkness they inflict huge damage if caught by the blade, they can also be used to create shockwaves of darkness and even able to shoot out this energy by swinging the blade. However he is extremely strong against physical attacks his magic is lacking incredibly and magic is pretty much his only weakness. As long as the duo are together out on the field, he uses his ability Sentinel in which Akatsuki is almost immune to being hit by physical attacks as she is almost always blocked by Tasogare in a defensive stance.
His ultimate attack is the Juuchi Yosamu where Tasogare holds up a hand and a dark haze appears in the sky, ten thousand silhouette swords appear scattered around the battlefield, this causes his main blades to disapear and Arashi and Tasogare are now able to rush around the battlefield wielding 10,000 swords of dark energy to their disposal. However if another person besides Arashi or Tasogare use these swords they will burn right through the person's hand with dark energy causing the skin to rot if they hold it to long, this means it kills the limb.
Akatsuki: [LIGHT]
Akatsuki is much faster, much more proficient with magic in fact, she is constantly able to defend Tasogare from magic as her arm, the demonic looking arm absorbs magic, when enough magic is absorbed the resulting power can then be transfered into her blade. This attack is known as the Tenshi no Satsui in which Akatsuki's twin dragons hold out her blade in front of her and she charges it up with light energy from the dragon arm. Then the blade begins to turn massive, the girl grasping the blade and then wielding it, small like a dagger however the resulting energy around Akatsuki's blade makes it bigger than even Tasogare's this energy only lasts for one devstating attack in which the energy is shot out like a powerful cannon of energy that explodes with a flash, the same power and element as the attack Holy.
Akatsuki is the more tactical of the two, unlike her rather tank like counterpart she uses magic and well thought out attacks rather than just rushing to kill everything in sight. Akatsuki times her attacks and is unpredictable but however, due to the nature of her dagger/short sword it does low damage. It can be used to shoot out small bolts of light energy and she also uses her dragon arm to defend herself if she cannot block, but in doing so this uses all the magic energy stored within the arm.

Weapon:
Juuchi Yosamu:
A katana, forged by the legendary swordsmith Muramasa. This katana is said to be able to cut through anything, the problem with it being that it is an incredibly evil sword. It is a long reach katana that can cut through steel, gold and other hard metals like butter if the right ammount of force is put into it, and due to the blood thirstiness of the evil within the blade every time it slashes someone the blade speaks to Arashi getting all excited and telling him to dismember and kill his opponent painfully as the blade feeds off the suffering of others. This sword when it has fed enough off of someone's suffering for five posts the blade changes entirely and dark demonic creatures made of energy appear around the blade making the now completely black blade with blood red wrappings do incredible damage compared to before. Due to the blade being evil Arashi hardly ever uses it.
Tenshi no Satsui:
A small tanto hidden in his clothing, the man uses this tanto the most out of all his weapons as it is quick, efficient and surprisingly powerful. The blade, has a special ability and that is the fact that it can shape shift from three forms.
An average tanto to a dark and evil guardless katana or light and holy daikatana, the unholy sword is slightly smaller than an average katana and more maneuverable. It is filled with a dark poison that rots wound areas where the blade hits, causing severe infection or dying flesh as it hits something. The problem with using this is that he brings him closer and closer to the virge of madness and death with each swing, as the blood lust makes him extremely fatigued. However he can also only change the blade into this form once per battle and when the blade is desummoned back to it's tanto form the fatigue goes away.
The holy blade is an extra large version of a katana that is quite heavy and the type of sword it is regarded as is a daikatana. The sword if swung, not only can cut through most materials like butter but the blade produces a replica of it's slash in the form of a sharp wind wave. This blade has no side effects and when wielded for a long period of time, because it fatigues people greatly due to it's weight it heals the body naturally, sealing wounds up much faster, the equivalent to being hit by cure every two posts.

Kutsu and Kurushi:
Dual pistols, semi automatic pistols that Arashi carries around in holsters in a cross fashion behind his waste. These pistols are large similar to a more old fashioned look of the desert eagle design, they are powerful and have the same penatration and damage as a desert eagle making them quite powerful guns. The problem with this is that Arashi has only started to master the gunner fighting style although he is very efficient with a gun a good aim and a great trigger finger. These guns hold twelve bullets each clip and due to them being non-magical weapons they have to be manually reloaded, so Arashi usually tosses them across the battle field when the clip has run out, or in most cases doesn't even use them anyway.
Abilities:
Mokusou:
If Arashi stays still for a post or more he naturally heals, for every post he is completely still he regenerates health by about the same amount as if he were hit by cure each post, this stacks with the holy blade for the equivalent to cura healing him every post, which may seem overpowered, but remember he needs to stay still for this to happen.
Hiyaku:
Arashi pulls out both of his blades and converts the tanto into either of it's forms and then launches high into the air, energy builds up all around both of his weapons and then like a cannon ball comes back crashing down, casuign ashockwave around where he lands and spinning his blades around, this cuts anything in the radius of the blast and causes the battle field within the radius to be turned into a crater.
Seika:
Arashi creates a ball of fire in his hand and launches it at the enemy, this fire is non-elemental and when it hits it's target it explodes in a variety of firework like explosions. If anyone is caught in the blast it is like being hit by five simultaneuous casts of flare which would destroy the defense of almost any foe.
Kyouretsu:
Taking a stance with his katana sheathed Arashi's eye sparkles for a second, but this isn't a sparkle this temporarily flashes a black, blinding light into anyone who gazes at his eye, this is cast like stopga and the minute your character looks at it, you frozen for a moment for Arashi to take a slash into your body and after the flash is over the slash takes affect slashing into the person with having Arashi behind you now, even if the person doesn't look into his eye he still performs the attack however, the eye just makes it impossible for you to dodge.
Boukyaku
Holding up a hand instantly four kunai appear in his hand he throws them at his foe, if any of those hit they cause doom status, if the person does not have a way to dispel the spell they die within five posts. This is a very powerful, technique that he always uses at the beginning of a battle, and if he misses he will rarely ever use it again.
Limit Breaks:
Seishi:
By holding out a hand, the demon's blade Satsubatsu Namida raises out of hell. The Large Odachi sporting a chain covered sheath over it with blood dripping from the chains, by unsheathing the blade a large aura appears around the wielder and insanity flows through the mind at a rapid rate. This sword causes the wielder to be able to summon chains from just about anywhere to pull the wielder out of harms way, move quicker etc. This blade also induces berserk status hence boosting strength by a lot however making the wielder unable to reason and attacks constantly using no special attacks. This blade also cannot block attacks, and it's attacking power is fives times stronger than Arashi's strongest sword Juuchi Yosamu. After being on the verge of madness Arashi then desummons the blade to hell. This sword can be used as long as he wants however Arashi takes the damage of about one cast of Fire hitting him directly with each post, ultimately killing him if he uses it too long. Also while using this weapon he moves unnaturally and recklessly, being completely unpredictable and insane.
Konton:
Pulling out his tanto and a gun in a flash of black and red energy the weapons fuse together making a dark and rather evil skull embellished gunblade. The blade lasts for five posts and when he uses a technique the damage is twice as strong and intense, every normal attack he has changed his attack style, making him quite fast while having a brute force behind him, unlike his other weapons where he is all technique and strength.
The gunblade itself is in the form of a gun with a wakizashi like blade, making it able to shoot out an unlimited ammount of bullets however it isn't even slightly automatic making the gun only able to make a few bullets shot every now and then, similar to the fire rate of his dual pistols only slower.

Arashi is not the sort of person you see in a bad mood infact he never really shows any emotion at all, even though most of the time he is highly entoxicated by Sake. However keeping cool no matter what happens he is however infuriated if someone is to touch his weapons, although he doesn't actually sound angry and keeping calm he will most likely just chop off your limbs.
Arashi is also fond of a few things other than getting drunk by drinking to much Sake, one thing he likes to do is battle hoping that one day he comes across someone on the same level as him on the battle field. He also is very fond of beautiful women and hopes one day that if he can conquer the insanity inside him that he may someday come across a beautiful woman to become his wife. Arashi also is currently looking for a purpose in the world, currently he looks around the world noticing that the world has started to become a rather corrupt and darker place, but the insanity inside of him craves more where as his sensibility wishes him to become a guardian of something maybe to perhaps defend a certain someone or something.
Biography:
Arashi as a small child was brought up to be a warrior of honour, his father the sole leader of his clan was an honourable Samurai where as his mother was an honourable Ninja who led a powerful clan of warriors. The father taught Arashi everything he knew however one thing he didn't expect was for Arashi to start harnessing magic into his attack nor did he expect for him to steal his father's sword. Once done his father was saddened by this confronted it about him, but Arashi touched the sword forged by Muramasa and a sadistic smile crossed his face and he drew the sword. Arashi's mother came home that night only to find a child covered in blood holding a sword with flesh splattered across the walls, the remnants of a human.
The woman crying approached her son only to see him get up and walk over to her it seemed as though he were crying then as the woman went to hug her son he looked up at her with the same sadistic smile, the boy stabbing the sword into her heart with a sadistic laugh. The child, small with a blade about as big as him continued to walk out the door way and into his clan's living quarters. The women, children and even men were all slaughtered by that child, the blade had taken over Arashi's mind.
As Arashi turned twelve he realised that his willpower was starting to become stronger than that of the sword and he surpressed it's madness, as he ran from his home and realised that he could control the sword he began training and becomming a fighter at a young age. Soon he found that the sword, could seal away his memories from the slaughter he had performed, and in doing so he found that he couldn't control the sword completely anymore and that if he were to continue using it he was going to go insane.
By the age of thirteen he got into Balamb garden and continued his studies for five years, he excelled in all forms of hand to hand combat and the use of the sword so that by the end of it his superiors ended up giving him the title and class of a Samurai. As he studied and trained at Balamb Garden it soon became noticeable that he was a bit of a lone wolf, not working well in groups and everytime someone sparred with him he went in for the kill not just to defeat someone.
At the age of eighteen he was kicked out of Balamb Garden and almost imprisoned for giving into his insane bloodlust and trying to murder one of his teachers, however he was unsuccessfull as his teacher had expected the attack. After this event the man became a wondering Ronin, a lone Samurai with no master. Arashi found many things along the way of his travels and created new techniques. Arashi also created his tanto with the manifestation of his insanity and magic, he didn't know how he did it but the blade has become his favoured weapon over the Juuchi Yosamu.
Arashi has become renowned as a master swordsman, as his swordsmanship with a katana is known to be the best in the land. As he travels from land to land he teaches people in the way of the sword so that they protect, however if the person he teaches uses it for the wrong purpose, to kill for example he would kill them without mercy. If someone is to use the techniques he teaches for evil he also gives them a lecture before he kills them and he lectures them on why the way of the sword is not a gateway for hatred.
Arashi lately has dishonoured himself by using guns as well as using a sword, and although he knew it dishonours himself he believes that for him to be able to protect something he needs to be able to be the strongest he possibly can. By learning the way to use guns effectively in battle he has become much more agile and quick on his feet by learning this and now when he isn't helping out people as he travels, teaching them the way of the sword or just passing by he trains with his guns and sword to try and become stronger.
RP Sample:
Arashi took a sip of the Sake in his flask then threw it to the ground, as the ceramic flask shattered on the ground and the small ammount of sake left spilled out onto the ground Arashi had already launched upon his opponent. The man waited to get up close to his opponent before performing an axe kick towards his head to follow up only with four kunai appear in his hand and him throwing them towards the man's back. If any of them hit it would cause a five post period for the man to live, if Arashi did not kill him before hand.
Then as Arashi landed back on his two feet he quickly pushed back using his legs to get some distance, sliding back a little bit as he landed once again. The man pulled out one of his pistols and his tanto and with the tanto arm underneith the gun arm he shot two bullets at the man, this position made him a good defence in which he could easilly fight back and counterattack his enemy who seemed to be the sort of fighter who dealed heavy attacks but was not very fast.
