There are some things we, the administration here at Balamb Garden, would like to remind our students and SeeD staff here. Dorm rooms are a privilege that we provide here in order to keep our students and staff safe from outsiders that are not very fond of our cause. To prevent misunderstandings on the outside, we suggest that all of our students have a dorm room here on the school grounds. Since SeeD operatives are older, maturer, and all around much more reliable, they are not expected to have a dorm on school grounds, though they are offered.
Here are some ground rules that I think should be obvious to you all:
1. No sexual activity of any kind in any dorms. We allow you to have company of the opposite sex in your dorm so please do not take advantage of the situation.
2. No drinking of alcohol, even if one is above the legal drinking age.
3. No smoking in any dorm rooms.
4. There are no drugs permitted at all.
5. Respect school property. We give all students and staff the furniture they need as a courtesy, do not think we will not care if you write on or damage any of the generous furniture we provide.
6. Do not copy your room key for any reason/give others your room key. Your dorm room is for you and you alone.
7. You are responsible for actions of your guests. If a guest is discovered doing anything against the dorm rules in your dorm, you are the one who will be punished for it. So be mindful of who you are letting into your dorm.

Two SeeD Trainee's share one living area with two individual dorm rooms.
