In SeeD Gardens, we have specific rules on fashion dos and donts in this school.
First off:
ALL STUDENTS MUST WEAR THEIR CADET UNIFORMS WHEN ON SCHOOL GROUNDS.
And dont think it stops at the students.
ALL SeeD mercenaries, instructors, etc MUST wear their SeeD uniforms both on school grounds and also on official missions.
We do however, have casual Mondays =D
